Program Commitment

By enrolling in Lady Success Elite (LSE), I understand that this is a development-based basketball program that includes training, practices, exposure opportunities, and team participation.

Participation is earned through commitment, effort, and behavior, not guaranteed by payment.

Payment Policy

(NO REFUNDS) I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All payments made to Lady Success Elite are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Once payment is submitted, it is considered a commitment to the program, not a pay-per-play service.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Choosing to quit the program

• Lack of playing time

• Schedule conflicts

• Injury

• Personal or family decisions

• Removal due to disciplinary reasons

Participation & Playing Time Disclaimer

• I understand that playing time is NOT guaranteed.

• Athletes must earn their role through effort, attitude, and performance.

• Lady Success Elite reserves the right to make all coaching and playing decisions.

Program Removal / Conduct

LSE reserves the right to remove any athlete due to:

• Poor behavior

• Disrespect

• Violation of team standards

If removed, I understand:

• No refund will be issued

• Payment still applies as commitment to the program

Missed Sessions

• Missed practices, games, or events will not be refunded or credited.

Acknowledgment of Services Rendered

By signing below, I acknowledge that:

• I am paying for access to training, coaching, and development services

• Services begin immediately upon participation (training, workouts, communication, etc.)

• Even if I decide not to continue, services have already been rendered

Agreement

I have read, understand, and agree to all terms listed above. I acknowledge that this agreement is binding and enforceable.
