The Skill Factory 90-Day Blueprint
This isn’t drop-in training.
It’s a commitment to real development.
The Skill Factory 90-Day Blueprint is a structured, high-accountability basketball development program for athletes who are serious about improving their skills, confidence, and game impact over a focused 90-day period.
Every phase builds on the last. Every session has a purpose. Nothing is random.
Program investment: $200 per month
Commitment: 90 days ($600 paid upfront)
After enrollment, athletes receive automated onboarding details, including training location, schedule, and next steps.

Whether you’re picking up a basketball for the first time or preparing for college-level play, our programs are designed for all ages and skill levels. Each session combines skill development, teamwork, and a focus on building confidence.
BEGINNER
Perfect for players new to the game or just starting organized basketball. Focuses on dribbling, passing, shooting, and footwork. Builds coordination, confidence, and understanding of the rules.
INTERMEDIATE
For players with some experience ready to level up. Emphasizes ball-handling under pressure, advanced finishing, defensive positioning, and game IQ. Develops leadership and teamwork through scrimmages and competitive drills.
ADVANCED
Tailored for serious athletes aiming for varsity, travel teams, or college play. Includes high-intensity training, position-specific work, conditioning, and mental preparation. Incorporates film study and college-level drills.
Join the Lady Success Elite Travel Team
Ready to take your game to the next level? Our travel teams compete against top talent while building leadership, resilience, and life skills. Players are grouped by age and skill level, with opportunities to progress through divisions from 12U to Elite Travel.
We believe in developing athletes on and off the court that’s why our program includes academic support, financial literacy, and leadership training. Our players stay connected through team chats, receive reading assignments like Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and learn valuable life skills alongside elite basketball.

Season Fee: $1,250 (payment plans available)
Includes uniforms, Travel competition entry, partial travel costs, and skill development sessions.

Meet Coach David & Our Mission
Coach David brings over 10 years of basketball experience and has dedicated the last several years to developing young athletes both on and off the court. His journey hasn’t been without adversity but it’s those experiences that shaped his purpose.
Along the way, he faced real-life challenges and made a decision to grow, to change, and to build something greater than himself.
Today, Coach David is more than just a coach he is a mentor, a leader, and a role model. He uses the game of basketball to instill discipline, confidence, accountability, and leadership in every player he works with.
Our mission is to develop confident, disciplined, and self-aware young women through elite training, mentorship, and competition preparing them not just for the next level in basketball, but for life.
